Alarm System Monitoring
Our alarm system monitoring services can enhance security at your home/premises and provide a further dynamic to your security system. We provide an active link from your system to a Central A1 Monitoring Centre enabling real-time alerts for any alarms and intrusions by security experts 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.
 
Our alarm system monitoring packages start from as little as $9 per week and can help reduce your insurance premiums by up to 20%, whilst giving peace of mind knowing that your home or business is protected.
 
It also provides the added benefit of providing remote functions and usability of your system from your smartphone device.

Backup Communications SIM
We can offer the provision of a backup SIM card for auxiliary communication purposes within the alarm system. This ensures continuous alert notification to the associated smartphone application, even in instances where the internet connectivity at the property/premises is disrupted, such as network provider issues which is not uncommon or where an unauthorised individual intentionally disables the main power supply, thereby deactivating the internet modem and interrupting all communication channels.
 
By incorporating our backup SIM solution, the alarm system remains capable of notifying you not only of a power outage but also of any unauthorised entry into the property. In such events, the system will promptly relay information regarding the triggered sensors and initiate the appropriate alarm sequence.
 
This service is available for a nominal fee of $5 per week.
 
Please note:
  • The availability of a 10A power point is required to accommodate system. 
  • The configuration and setup of the smartphone application includes 2 devices only. An additional costing of $36.25+gst will be incurred for each additional device.
Price is normally dependant on the following factors:
  • Area of coverage – System expanders may be required for larger homes
  • Adequate access to place devices.
  • Design features.
  • Location of equipment such as main panel, sirens, detectors and modem etc.
 
In most cases a single storey property with a tiled roof would be the price in the packages.
